Standard shipping hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5pm Mountain Time.
If your order is a custom piece, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to make the item. If the timeframe will be longer, we will communicate that when the order is placed. If the timeframe is not acceptable, we will refund your purchase.
Once an order is completed, you will receive an email including your tracking number (typically USPS). It may take up to a day for the status to show up on the USPS website, so do not be alarmed.
Once the order is in the trusty hands of the USPS, the best way to estimate a delivery time is through their website using the tracking number provided. Shipping time is 2 to 3 days.
Arielle + Co. is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
We want our customers to enjoy and appreciate everything we make. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. If you want to return a product, it should be in like new condition, free of wear and tear. Standard items may be returned for a refund. Custom items may be exchanged for store credit or an item of similar value. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Return shipping information will be provided upon receipt of an email requesting the return.
